Research the Cure™
At Arbor Assays we have always believed (some say stupidly) that we should be proactive in giving back to the our community. To continue in this spirit, we will be making a charitable donation based upon every kit product you buy from us. We have named this "Research the Cure™" and for each year the proceeds will go directly to a charity supporting medical research. 
For 2010 we have chosen the Collaborative Research Centers of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

So the organization has been chosen. Our level of contribution is going to be a fixed dollar amount for every 1 or 2 plate kit we sell regardless of list price. We will also contribute 4 times that dollar amount for every 5 or 10 plate kit we sell. When we give you a discount off the price of the kit that dollar contribution will remain the same. We will also not change the dollar contribution if we give you a discount off on a bulk purchase or standing order. It's just our way of returning something to the world community.
This will be in addition to, and does not negatively effect, our charity efforts like our record contributions to the MS Walks in Michigan.

Team Arbor Assays Beats 2008 MS Walk Donations! Thank you all for making this year's MS Walk such a great success! Together we raised over $4000!
Team Arbor Assays has surpassed last year’s donation record, for which it received the Michigan chapter of the MS Society’s 2008 Bronze Team Award, by over $1,000! For this year’s walk to date (donations can still be made through June 19th 2009: MS Society Team Arbor Assays).

The NMSS also provides much needed education, programs, and services to everyone who is affected by MS: the diagnosed, their friends and families, and the healthcare professionals who work with them.
A huge thank you goes out to everyone who joined us for the 4-mile walk or helped out at event registration and those who supported the efforts of the NMSS through donation, especially Hile Design, who donated their time and effort to produce a T-shirt for Team Arbor Assays and cover half the cost of printing the shirts. THANK YOU!
