Mindy received a B.S. from MSU in Environmental Science and worked in that industry for 2.5 years before shifting into biotech where she has spent the last 20+ years in manufacturing. She began as manufacturing scientist making buffers/reagents and coating plates and then moved into a planning/procurement role. Mindy thrives at planning products from the ground up and engaging in those activities that bring our products to life. She continually learns professionally, having attained multiple certifications and industry memberships.
